Every Body Yoga

Tuesday mornings, 9:00 — 10:15am (beginning Sept. 30th)

An open-level yoga class to cultivate vitality and resilience in body, mind, and spirit. We'll incorporate a range of movement modalities to support holistic integration and self-awareness, including traditional postures from hatha yoga, mindful breathing, meditation, myofascial release, and somatics. No matter what level of experience you have with yoga, mindfulness, or movement in general, this class will help you remember the joyful freedom that every body innately possesses, and gain a robust toolkit to better manage the stressors, emotions, and distractions of everyday life. 

Yoga mats (Gaiam brand), blocks, straps, cushions, and blankets are provided, or feel free to bring your own. Classes are offered on a sliding scale of $20–$35 per session, with a $15 deposit required to register. The remaining balance can be paid by cash, card, or Apple Pay upon arrival on the class date.
