Simon Garron-Caine of De Maison Selections, with 15 years’ experience in Spanish wine, will guide you through the whole gamut, from crisp and spritzy Txakolina in the craggy Basque coast, to the dark and soulful reds of the high, scrubby Priorat in Mediterranean Catalonia. Olé!
