Laughter Workshop

You're invited to a Laughter Workshop!
Finding reasons to laugh is more important than ever. This workshop brings together laughter exercises so that we can experience the many benefits that laughter has on the body, mind, and spirit. Science has proven laughter brings more oxygen to our body and brain, making us feel more energetic and healthy. Practices that promote laughter are proven to reduce stress, strengthen your immune system and bring positivity + joy into your life. This is a time to expand your relationship with laughter, make connections with your community, and experience pure joy and silliness. Laughter is the best medicine and you don't need any "reason" to laugh other than it feels good! 

Please RSVP to attend. Seats are $20/person, but please let us know if the fee is barrier to participate.
