Expect cozy vibes, calming sounds, and a chance to actually hear yourself think. We’ll start with grounding breathwork and light movement, then melt into a dreamy sound bath that feels like a deep exhale for your whole body. Perfect for the stressed, the curious, and anyone who’s been meaning to “get into meditation.”
